Josh Ballinger

As a resourceful professional and visionary leader, Josh utilizes his exceptional expertise in various aspects of sales and marketing to effectively help those looking to either buy or sell a home. Over the last 20 years, Josh has successfully utilized his outstanding skill sets, initiative, problem solving abilities and positive attitude to lead and achieve remarkable results. During these years, Josh served within multiple industries; gaining solid backgrounds in diverse competitive markets (including product, site, local community, sales, advertising and demographics). He was also effective in building productive business relationships, through excellent customer service, that ensured multiple referrals, client retention, increased business and improved revenues.
Josh obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of St. Francis where he played collegiate football, a Master of Science in Education from Florida Gulf Coast University; and a State of Florida Real Estate License.

Josh is a hard worker, highly ambitious and self-motivated. He prefers to take the extra step in staying unique and reaching his aspirations. Outside the office, he enjoys volunteering and spending quality time with his five children.
