Josh had helped our friends purchase their first home, so we knew that we were going to be in good hands when we started working with him. Our budget was in the more competitive range, but we never felt like we were not a priority for Josh. Josh took the time to understand what we were looking for and made recommendations based on our needs and worked within our budget. Buying a home long distance had its challenges, and then Covid19 happened. We were never stressed throughout the process because Josh was on top of the latests news and developments, and adapted us to the new processes. We especially appreciate that Josh helped view homes and provided us with videos when we couldnt drive up to see the homes ourselves. From every offer weve put in to the moment one of our offers was accepted, Josh was always there to update us and to answer any questions we may have. When we closed on our home, we couldnt move up right away, but needed some work done on the house. Josh went above and beyond to help us find the right contractor and get the process started for us. He has helped us more than we could ask for. We are so grateful to have such a great agent and now friend in him.
