My husband and I are new homeowners and specifically picked Josh because of his knowledge of the Orange County area and all his educational videos - we knew he would be great for us as first timers. He has been extremely communicative throughout the entire process and left no questions unanswered. He's simply amazing in all aspects. To list a few: 1. Josh understands the market well and he never pushes or shows any sign of rushing us into anything. 2. He has the right focus in this business that benefits his clients: his knowledge and the know-how in each and every step of the process, not into driving a fancy car etc. to influence clients. 3. He values and focuses on his work and long term business relationship with his clients. 4. Josh is also meticulous and very thorough with his work. When it comes to selling and buying properties, there are many agents out there but great ones are few and far in between. I have to say Josh definitely is a top real estate agent. If I buy another property I'll definitely ask for his help again.
