We went over all the details and the house was listed in a couple of days. Josh kept us informed with texts, calls and emails every step of the way. ZillowVERIFIED Josh helped my wife and I find land near Helena Montana. 1st thing that impressed us was Josh responding when we first contacted him on a Saturday because Helena shuts down on Fridays about 3pm and it's nearly impossible to get help anywhere, but not Josh. Eventually Josh took us on an all day trip to many areas offering land within our criteria and really helped us understand the different communities and benefits or disadvantages of each. Honestly we were so overwhelmed by the options, many of which were pretty appetizing. Josh was particularly good at helping us think thru the options and pretty quickly determine the couple of offerings that would really be ideal for us. I would have thought I was good at that but Josh really had a particularly helpful method of narrowing the choices. In the end we found one property that stood out above the rest and Josh took us thru the offer and counter offer process and we got a property that we absolutely love at a price we felt was fair. I think Josh really cares about people and really cares about helping people find out what's best for them.

My wife received a job offer in Helena, but we had never been here before and knew little about Montana or cold weather. Mr. Ahmann had answers for EVERYTHING! We had about 5 days to find a house. After quickly picking our dream house (with a view of the whole valley), Josh was able to quickly get our offer accepted, he referred us to an excellent home inspector who could see us on short notice, and he referred us to a mortgage banker who met with us on a Sunday morning. I asked him, "What would your plan be to sell our home?". He then walked us through a 20 minute strategy presentation that showed details of what was on the market in our neighborhood and what had sold recently in our neighborhood. Then he detailed how he would position our home to sell in a timely manner for a good price. By that I mean, Open Houses, his strategy for listing homes on line, and the network he and his team of sales reps would use to get our home "out there". Needless to say, we liked him, hired him, sold our home through him and are pleased that we did. He was honest, responsive, engaged in the process and worked hard to complete the sale. I've been in sales for 25 years and am hypercritical when working with sales reps inside or outside of my business. Josh met his commitments and did a very good job for us. I would highly recommend meeting with him if you are considering agents.
