Sold a dilapidated vacation property thru Josh and Atlas. Place had 10+ years of neglect. Thru the difficulties of selling the place I felt as if Josh was my long lost brother. The auction went smooth, but after that we uncovered a host of insane problems that delayed the legality of the closing. Lawyers getting Covid, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, imagine during Covid getting signatures from family members in Japan whose govt refused to do notarizations at all! Josh stuck thru everything. He pulled magic strings and got things to work that were NOT his responsibility! He could have easily walked and gave up and still got his money. But he stuck it thru till the bitter end and went way beyond what we paid his company to do to close. DO NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY!
