ZillowVERIFIED Joseph Waters with Parkview Properties LLC has now sold us two houses and sold Richs condo - if i didnt want to ever move again i would use him constantly just because hes such a joy and pleasure to be around. I dont think words could ever describe the professionalism, knowledge and hard work (upon many other things) that Joe portrays every single day. There was never a question that went unanswered, and when we needed something, Joe was there no matter the day or time. Joe was able to make sure that every little detail was perfection, and if it was not, they knew how to fix it or who to reach out to. Our process was stressful but Joe continued to keep us(me) calm and reassured that things will work out and he sure was right. I could write a novel about all the positive qualities Joe has but its easier to say that there are no negatives. If you want to make the buying/selling house process as quick, seamless and enjoyable as possible you should DEFINITELY speak with Joe. His responsiveness to your questions, needs and wants is incredible to say the least. Even my attorney whom I've known for years described Joe as a "Beast." He worked night and day (barely sleeps) to help find us a new home in this insane market and had an answer to every single question my wife and I had. His knowledge of the field is above all standards and his attention to detail is impeccable. He always had my best interest at heart and when I sent him either a text or e-mail he would answer me before I even pressed the send button. He referred me to a mortgage consultant and attorney that were equally as professional and knowledgeable in their field. I had all the questions, fears and anxiousness that comes with purchasing your first home, and all of those feelings just seemed to slip away every time I just heard Joe's voice or received a text letting me know that everything was going to be okay. He stood by me from beginning to end and always made me feel as if I was his only client. I could go on and on about my wonderful experience but there just isn't enough time.
