Review Joe sent me an email introducing himself about 3 years ago. He had been sending me regular communications to check in since he sent the introductory email. He was not overly aggressive, just wanting to check in to monitor if, and how my housing needs might had changed.When it was time for me to make a purchase, I knew that it had to be Joe Soto to guide me through it. He was patient with me, as this was my very first home purchase, I had a lot of questions. He answered, or found the answer to all of my queries. Joe made sure that the places that he showed me contained the qualities that I wanted in a home. He is good at what he does! I found my home the first time that we went out on showings.#fivestars!

Review Joe Soto proved to be an excellent realtor when we sold our home in Wheaton earlier this year. The first thing that impressed us about Joe and his colleague, Lance, is the large amount of information they gave us the first time they visited us. We had not signed an agreement but they gave us a book full of information that proved to be extremely useful. That was a big motivator for us in deciding to sign with ReMax Suburban. The second thing I want to mention was their suggestion that we hire our own building inspector, not just wait for a buyer's inspector. We immediately took that suggestion and got our own inspection from the firm suggested in the book provided by Joe. That gave us a valuable head start. We learned what ought to be fixed and what would likely be identified by a buyer's inspector. Eventually, of course, we did receive a report from the buyer's inspector but it was no big deal. Joe also gave valuable information about how to make the house more attractive to potential buyers and other things that could be ignored because they probably would not make much difference. Through the entire process of selling, he proved to be a valuable guide and resource. Selling a home and moving is stressful. We found him to be very helpful throughout, knowing what we ought to do and to whom we should talk in so many situations where we felt at a loss. I also want to mention that Joe is backed by a superb team at ReMax Suburban. Those people know what they are doing and they are eager to assist.

Review About 2 years ago, my wife and I hit a dead end with a local realtor who was inattentive, unresponsive and didn't really seem to understand what we were looking for. Thankfully we ditched the old one, did an online search, and found Joe.Joe is everything you want in a realtor, nothing that you don't. He's real and genuine, not sales-y or pretentious. He's responsive and proactive, not listless or distracted. He's empathetic, friendly and an all-around good guy. Joe's expertise with home renovations and costs of improvements was helpful as we contemplated buying fixer uppers we could modify to get an open floor plan. It took 2 years, but Joe stuck with us the whole way and finally found us the needle in the haystack at a price we wanted.
