Joe is the absolute best! We used him as a buyer's agent and could not have been more impressed. He was always ready to show us a house immediately or would send out one of his agents to help if he was not available. In this market, it is crucial to be able to get into a home quickly! He also always kept our best interests in mind. He recommended that we not bid on a home because of the lack of upkeep he noticed. He is definitely not going to sway you just for a commission. He is super knowledgeable when it comes to being the winning bid in this seller's market. He never pushed us out of our comfort zone, but let us know what we needed to do if we really wanted a home. We settled on our home and he made the entire process run smoothly.

Just used Joe to sell my Wynnewood, PA home Spring 2018. Fantastic agent. Fabulous photography and online savvy. He generated tons of showing and the home sold in a month. Even went the extra mile by driving to the home days before settlement to meet inspector (when I was trapped at work) so that permits could be closed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 10/10!

I started shopping for a home in the Spring of 2017 and from start to finish Joe was so patient and helpful in finding me the perfect home. He made the whole process of shopping and buying a house such a pleasant and easy process. I thought the process was going to be very long and stressful but Joe couldn't have made it easier. He is truly a whiz explaining each document and keeping you informed during the whole buying process. Joe is very knowledgeable of Philadelphia neighborhoods and did a great job of matching me to a neighborhood that fits my personality but is also very convenient for work. I honestly can't recommend Joe enough and 5/5 stars still doesn't do him justice. Joe has gained a client for life with me, and he's the only realtor I will ever use!

Joseph delivered on everything he promised in both the selling of my condo and the purchase of my (dream) home. I had a signed contract for the home I purchased within 5 business days of it going on the market and I was able to buy below the list price. Additionally, I had a buyer for my condo within 3 days of it going on the market and I was able to sell above the list price. This was because Joseph was very knowledgeable about the housing market and he negotiated tirelessly on my behalf. He was very organized and made what could have been an overwhelming process (selling, buying, and moving on the same day!), very easy and simple.
