ZillowVERIFIEDJoseph and I collaborated with mutual buyers. I as the lender, him as the agent. Within a weekend Joseph had my buyers under contract. Not to mention the home over appraised giving our buyers instant equity due to his expertise and negotiation skills. Joe is truly a pro! He responds with a sense of urgency, he picked up every single time I called and returned text/emails instantly. In this field it is hard to find professionals that make your job easier. Not with Joe, him was a superstar which made me look like a superstar. I couldnt recommend him enough! Thanks Joseph.

ZillowVERIFIED Even though we ran into some uncontrollable snags causing our sale to take over a year, she bent over backwards to get it done. She always responded quickly and kept us in the loop on all processes.

He was always willing to set up appointments to look at anything I wanted to making appointments ASAP and had so many suggestions for me taking into account what I really liked/disliked and not just sending me a bunch of random places just because they were available! ZillowVERIFIED In Fall of 2019 I contacted Joseph and told him I was interested in selling my home. He came out, took a look at my property, and listened to what I had to say. I told him I wouldnt be ready until the following spring/summer but it was something I wanted to do. He wasnt overbearing or pushy. When the time was right we listed my home. He got me an offer that I accepted the SAME day it was listed. Unfortunately, due to COVID the deal fell thru and we waited to re list until the time was right once again. After a few months of waiting we listed, and sold again within a couple short weeks. He has the knowledge, the witts, and the positive attitude all realtors must have. He will always be my go to guy.

ZillowVERIFIED Julie held many open houses for our sale and showed us many houses in the region we desired - we love our new home! Closings went well for both the sale and purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph has now closed on two primary residences and a long term home rental transaction with me. He is BY FAR the best realtor I have ever worked with. Each transaction was the best home for md and my family and was financially a fantastic bargain. He goes above and beyond constantly. I could not recommend him more strongly as a person and a realtor. Joseph is THE Best

ZillowVERIFIED He screwed my husband and I over. Ya at first he helped a lot but sold us a tagged house and it's been 2 years and still dealing with this mistake. Very dissapointed. Tried to contact him after wards and "it was not his problem"
