Joe worked really hard to fit our timeline, which was extremely short, he was available whenever we asked questions, he was extremely knowledgeable and he got us into an amazing home that met all our needs! Genuinely didnt think we could own a home this soon and its dream come true to be here. Our kids are on cloud nine and our dogs have never had so much room to run!!!

If you need a realtor in Grand Junction and you live elsewhere, you cant find a better realtor than Joe. Hes well connected to make any issue throughout the process seem a nonissue. You couldnt find someone more responsive and on top of it all. He went above and beyond to ensure I didnt have to worry not being located where the house was I was selling. Couldnt have asked for better service. If there was a 10 star rating, hed get it!!

Joe is Awesome!!! Moving to a new town I was very worried about knowing the area and having to figure it all out. Joe was recommended to me and was so helpful. He did video walk arounds of the houses I wanted to see, and even a few videos of the neighborhoods. He was super helpful, gave me lots of choices and even had the builder do extra work on the new house. If you are looking to buy a house use Joe! Super knowledgeable and extremely helpful even from another state! I will be using him again I ever sell my house.

I never thought would ever be able to buy a house and especially in my parents house, yet when I talked to Joe he made it super easy to find out. Now I have my house with built in childcare (my parents 3 doors down) I am so grateful to Joe for helping me out. Great guy and amazing realtor, i wouldn't use anyone else! P.S. When the decision was made to sell our home, I stumbled across Joe's ad on Instagram. I reached out to him and received an immediate response. He kept in touch with me over the next few weeks, over our final decision on a realtor. He was pushy, yet I sensed he wanted to help. His presentation he provided to us on what his reality company could offer us was top notch! I could tell he was pretty computer savy. he is articulate in his delivery of the services he could offer us, and answered numerous questions we had with ease. If he didn't have an answer, he would use the resources he had at his disposal, find the answer to the questions we had. The entire selling experience with Joe only lasted about a month, from start to finish. He answered any phone calls we had, and kept us informed of what was coming up in the process which needed our attention. I believe we listed the property on the 8/2/2018, and signed the closure paper work on the 8/28/2018. To me it seemed very quick, and when the process was over Joe kept in touch, just to see how we were doing as we moved forward in our lives. The personal yet professional touch he maintained was a welcomed surprise. though Joe is young, he is eager to learn and grow with his chosen profession. He is a very personal young professional, rare to see in any business these days. I have made recommendations to my friends to contact Joe when thinking about selling their homes. I would utilized his abilities without hesitation again.
