ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a frustrating experience renting a property managed by Key Home Group. They were unresponsive to maintenance requests and slow to address issues. For example, we reported a pipe dripping water outside the house and never received a response. When the mainline to the sprinkler system stopped working completely, they only replied after we warned the lawn would die. Trees were only trimmed after neighbors complained, and the list went on. Be very cautious with your security deposit. They had no hesitation using tenant funds to address issues that predated our tenancy. We were charged nearly $500 for aEURoeadditional cleaningaEUR? in a small area they claimed our professional cleaner missed, plus over $1,000 for other cleaning and repairsaEUR"including a water fountain we never even used. From a tenants perspective, Key Home Group is neither reliable nor fair as a property manager. I would not recommend renting a property under their management.

ZillowVERIFIEDJoseph was an excellent partner. He has decades of experience and it shows. Joseph, provided a great recommendation for pricing strategy (slightly below the expected market price). That generated a huge interest in the property, and we received multiple offers. Joseph expertly managed the multiple offers process, to get final sales price to be significantly above asking. The finally sold price was higher than what I expected for the property. Joseph has also provided excellent advice on property preparation for sale. He recommended painting, window cleaning and floor refinishing, but advised against bigger upgrades (bathroom and kitchen remodel). His recommendations were on point, as I do not see the property selling for significantly more that it sold for, so the upgrades likely would not produce any ROI. Joseph managed the deal thru the end, and handled various activities during escrow. We closed on time.

ZillowVERIFIEDJoseph and his team did an awesome job getting my loan. 10 days into a 30 day escrow I realized the terms being offered by my previous mortgage broker were extremely unfavorable. After getting connected with Joseph he ran me an initial quote which was superior to my previous loan terms and at that point I decided to switch to his team. He was able to use my initial 2 appraisals, found an even better loan than what he initially quoted me (saving me $50,000 compared to the loan quoted by my original mortgage broker), closed in 2 weeks from when we started and 1 week early! I would highly recommend using Joseph.
