ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were selling a vacation house 2,000 miles away from our primary residence. We had already tried selling the house through two other real estates. Joe Salerno not only sold the house, he worked through several issues and circumstances that would have intimidated other agents. Joe has our wholehearted recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Joseph did a wonderful job in selling my second residence house. It was a home that presented some problems, but he was great in working through the issues. He worked hard to get the job done and was extremely responsive and easy to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Joe Salerno recently sold our house in Saw Creek Estates with his very optimistic attitude in a very pessimistic market. We decided to give him a try after 2 failed attempts with other realtors, and he got the job done! He was always available for our many questions along the way, and saw it through right to the closing table. We would highly recommend Joe for his knowledge of the area, accessibility and ability to succeed!

ZillowVERIFIED He worked so well with me and my family, with such ease. He was well aware of my needs and preferences in a home and got me the right house. Great communication and answers your calls quickly. He also knows the area well. I would highly recommend him as your realtor for your future home.

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Mr. Joseph Salerno, he's very knowledgeable, helpful and a very patient agent. My parents were interested in purchasing a vacation home and since English is not their native language there's a bit of a language barrier so I accompanied them during the home viewings. Mr. Salerno took his time to thoroughly answer any questions they had, he also made sure there weren't any misunderstanding due to the language barrier, even if that meant he had to repeat himself. We live out of state and so Mr. Salerno worked with our schedule and made the purchasing of a home simple and as quick as possible . Not only were we able to get the paper work in order while living so far away, he also answered every call, let me tell you... there were many. Since this was my first time assisting in purchasing a home, I needed a thorough understanding in order to translate (what each paper they signed meant) and he broke it down in simple terms for me. If your looking for an agent who will have patients who will go above and beyond and will actually walk you through the purchasing process, then give Mr. Salerno a call.

ZillowVERIFIED I talked with Joseph Salerno for over an hour regarding homes I wanted to see in the Bushkill area. I currently live in Florida but had previously lived in the Bushkill area for over 10 years and wanted to move back. Mr. Salerno was a huge disappointment. He never got back to me and I ended up missing out on buying a house I was hugely interested in.I definitely do not recommend him as a responsible or responsive agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Joe Salerno is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what he does. We are currently looking for a slightly bigger home in the middle Smithfield area and Joe has worked closely with us providing key information such as (School grades, property taxes, and potential growth in the area). I am very pleased to work with Joe as some of these key topics was detailed and important to us. We will continue working with Joe in hopes we find the home that fits our needs.
