When we decided to sell our home, we asked AI who was the best realtor in WNY, and it said Joe Saccone, with a lot of evidence. We interviewed him, and was impressed from the beginning with professionalism, extensive knowledge, and expertise. Joe was excellent every step of the way. He knew many tricks of the trade, and it made a difference. He was approachable, quick to respond, and offered great advice. Everything he recommended paid off. His strategy at offer time was essential. I couldnt recommend Joe more, if you need a realtor, he is the best. In selling our house, hiring Joe and his team was the best decision we made. He really stepped up and exceeded expectations.

I was new to the area, so naturally I was skeptical of everyone, but after the close I see that I would have saved money and had less stress, had I used the mortgage broker Joe recommended. The attorney he recommended couldn't have been better. Joe's knowledge of the market was impressive and he made sure I didn't overpay. It took eight days from when I called Joe, until we had an accepted offer. I am very happy with the house and feel I paid a good price for it. After we went to contract, Kristina, who is part of Joe's team, would follow up with me periodically to make sure everything was going well. She was also always available for any questions I had. If I were to sell this house or buy another, my first call would be to Joe.
