ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Joseph to sell my rental property and had a solid overall experience, especially as an out-of-state investor. I found him here on Zillow, after reaching out/speaking to several realtors in the area. He provided helpful guidance on pricing and market conditions, and the property sold in about 10 weeks, ultimately closing around $10K under the asking price. Throughout the process, expectations were communicated clearly and I felt informed about where things stood. One of the most helpful aspects was their ability to coordinate locally. Since I wasnt in the area, they assisted in connecting me with vendors and handling issues that came up during the selling and inspection process, which made things much more manageable. He also helped identify and address several property issues that had been missed by the prior property management company, including arranging snow plowing, electrical repairs, coordinating with the city for inspections, and helping address inspection-related items. He also maintained a calm and steady demeanor throughout the transaction, which was especially helpful when unexpected issues came up. Communication was consistent, and they helped keep the transaction moving through closing without major issues. I would recommend Joseph to others, particularly those who are selling property remotely and need someone to help manage the details on the ground.

In what can sometimes be a roller coaster of emotions when selling a house, he was the voice of calm. At our initial meeting, he spent a great deal of time with us in talking about the value of our home and what it was we were looking for in our next home. He got straight to work, lined up a professional photographer to capture the highlights of our home and got it listed quickly. Within a few weeks, we had a full-price offer. He then went on to diligently negotiate on our behalf the purchase of our next home. We would definitely give Joe a call again if the need arose to sell or buy.
