Joe recently listed my fathers house and it was a great experience. He came to see the house, and waited until we were ready to list - never any pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the area. Everything happened when and just as he said it would. We had multiple offers within hours of the house going live on the market. This is the second time Joe listed a house for us (2017). It was equally easy and hassle free that time as well. I would recommend Joe as an agent for both buyers and sellers!
