Joe was recommended by a family member who worked with him to sell their property. I was selling a family member's vacant home from out-of-state. I interviewed three additional realtors and recommend Joe for these reasons: 1. Joe voluntarily went above and beyond what a realtor typically does. When the property needed last-minute repairs and plumbing and structural work, Joe immediately provided a list of experienced tradespeople to call and even oversaw the work when necessary. 2. Joe believed he could sell the home for a higher price point than the what was recommended by other realtors -- and then he did just that, in less than 24 hours. 3. Joe communicated thoroughly and quickly throughout every step of the process. 4. Despite never meeting Joe in person, I felt cared for throughout the entire selling process. I had a wingman in addition to a realtor.

Joe recently listed my fathers house and it was a great experience. He came to see the house, and waited until we were ready to list - never any pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the area. Everything happened when and just as he said it would. We had multiple offers within hours of the house going live on the market. This is the second time Joe listed a house for us (2017).
