He was also there to working with the buyer's realtor to work out house inspection issues. ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Joe Roglieri. I tried to sell my home, For Sale By Owner, in an attempt to save some money. When the 3rd deal fell though I realized I wanted to hire a professional as the process is a lot more involved then most anticipate. Joe started the listing immediately and he was on top of every detail throughout the process. We listed on a Monday and had 15 offers (5 over asking price) by Friday. Before hiring Joe we had 3 deals fall through that stretched out over 5 months long. He knew how stressed and eager we were to sell and move forward. I was blown away with his work ethic and professionalism. He would meet realtors, buyers, inspectors and appraisers early in the morning, after 7PM on weeknights and throughout the weekends. His commitment and willingness to make sure everything went smooth was extremely impressive. His knowledge and experience in the industry was apparent as he approached each step in the process with a thought-out game plan. I never once had to ask for a status update because he was always a step ahead and communicated with my wife and I throughout the sale. Joe is the pinnacle of what a professional in this industry is. ZillowVERIFIED Joseph is patient, has vast market knowledge and is very professional. We viewed homes for several months until we found the perfect one. Joseph responds very quickly if not immediately. If I wanted to see a home, we generally had an appointment scheduled within an hour. He follows up with all parties involved to get the closing process moving and on keep it on schedule. He also was very reassuring we would make it to closing table despite all the inevitable variables in any given real estate transaction. He really listened to what we were looking for in a home and sought out those specific details. This is the 3rd home bought using Joseph and plan on buying another in two years using him to represent us. I highly recommend him!

Joseph and his team are quick to respond and they work hard to answer any and all questions to help you understand the very complex processes involved especially after the home inspection. They were always available and thinking ahead, solving any issues and making sure we received the best deal possible. We had very demanding sellers to deal with and Joseph used his skills right up to the last hour before the closing to ensure the deal closed. Joseph was very accommodating throughout the whole home search process from start to the finish. I would very highly recommend him and his team!!
