    After graduating from Stony Brook University in 2014 with nothing more than a bachelor's degree, a fistful of sales experience, and a whole lot of grit and gumption, Joe decided it was time to return to his familiar stomping grounds of The Hamptons armed with his Real Estate License and a desire to help house his community. With an unlimited amount of charm, poise, and grace under pressure, he aligned himself with all-star broker Beau Hulse, and the globally known Coldwell Banker brand, giving him an opportunity to join one of the most competitive and high-energy sales environments in the world. Since then, Joe has earned a variety of merits, like being named one of Coldwell Banker's 30 under 30 in 2017 and one of the Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate by the Long Island Board of Realtors in 2016.     Incompetent, rude, dismissive. Would give 0 stars if I could. Somehow struck a nerve when I expressed interest in two different properties he had listed. I reached out trying to get a house in the hamptons that my mother can stay at for a month while she receives cancer treatment. I noticed several of his properties were unable to be filled for the month of May and was wondering if we could knock the price down a little and get in by May 1st. He said he would check on that for me but wasnt sure if that was possible. While waiting on his response, I decided to share my interest in another home that could work. That upset him for some odd reason because he answered within minutes at midnight saying aEURoeGrace - with all due respect, You send me this same email on another listing yesterday. The answer is no.aEUR? Was willing to pay full price but now I will be taking my business elsewhere. Good luck filling the vacancy for May.

    Joe has really immersed himself into the local culture and made a presence for himself in many areas in and around Southampton. No matter what he has going on each day he seems to always make himself available day or night to answer any questions you may have. Aside from being incredibly personable, he is dedicated, unbelievable hardworking and always on your side. There hasnt been a downside that Ive found when dealing with Joe.
