ZillowVERIFIED I cannot speak highly enough for the knowledge, service and ethical conduct of Joe Perun. When my family expanded we were looking for a larger home to accommodate our growing family. Joe spent countless hours showing us properties. Despite our indecision, he showed great patience until we found a property. His hard work didn't end there. He helped recommend an inspector, and a reasonably priced knowledgable lawyer. He was literally a one-stop shop. Most impressive to me, was when my wife and I had fallen in love with a property that appeared to be everything we wanted. Joe knew the particular builder had taken less expensive shortcuts when constructing properties around town and made us aware. His commission didn't produce any conflict with his ethics and honesty. In my opinion you WILL NOT find a more complete realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Summary: Joe Perun is extremely capably and hard working!Lived in Westchester, NY for 10+ years and found myself day tripping to CT on weekends so I decided to move to CT - but where exactly? Enter Joe Perun! Joe has an incredible working knowledge of CT Fairfield county - my target was Greenwich to Southport - a pretty large stretch. Being an engineer I came to Joe with a set of 'requirements' - a 'wish list' with some very specific wants and then wide ranges such as specific location. I knew this would be challenging. Joe patiently worked with me over time to find exactly what I needed. His ability to hone in on properties that truly fit the criteria was fantastic - no time wasted looking at properties way off target. Eventually we closed in the 'The Home'. Joe successfully negotiated on my behalf and locked in a very acceptable Deal. The purchased wasn't easy and included things like rent-back which Joe was able to work through. I was not an easy customer for him and the sellers had their own set of challenges but Joe was patient, respectful and most importantly never dropped the ball - he made things happen!Purchased my home in Westport CT last summer - 2015 and am very Happy!
