A little about me. I am originally from New Jersey and joined the Marines at the age of 18. I spent 8 years in the Marine Corps in both North Carolina (Camp Lejeune) and San Diego (Drill Instructor on MCRD). After the Marine Corps I started selling real estate where I was the Rookie of the Year for Keller Williams Realty Temecula while I was pursuing my Bachelor's degree. In the last 12 months I have sold 40 homes. I completed my Master's degree in Business Administration. aEUR

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Find a local professional to get started and make sure you know how your credit score is. Talk with a mortgage pre-approval to understand your payment and budget.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Interview 2-3 agents.. Yes! Interview agents and look their name up in Zillow which will show their past sales in the last 12 months. If they sell less than one a month then they should not even be interviewed.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked various types from first time buyer/sellers, military relocations, luxury, and investors.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Every transaction is different but what I take pride in is making every transaction as smooth as possible for my client.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After the military I bought a home and the agent was TERRIBLE! She did not meet us to get the keys and I walked into a home full of tenant junk and debris. She never did anything to make it up to me and I spent a few hundred dollars on dumpster fees. Since then I got into Real Estate and ensure Customer Service is the core of what I do.
