He gave sound advice and detailed market evaluations within our own community to help us reach the best pricing decision. His strategy is to always negotiate from a position of strength. The photographer he uses, really produced fantastic shots and was scheduled with just enough time for me to complete the staging recommendations from Joseph. But Joseph also checked on me during each part of the process, in case I needed more time, and always returned every text, phone call, or email almost immediately. The house went on the market within a day of the photographs and we even had one showing booked in advance. Joseph is all business, and conducts himself appropriately for every circumstance. I could go on, but the bottom line was the house sold within two weeks and we had a realistic timeline to get every detail finalized and completed for a successful closing on the sell of our house, but Joseph was also instrumental on helping our new home close in California.
