About Joseph Maggi
I have been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years and I believe it is important to establish a client? agent relationship. I don't look at my clients as a potential transaction but as an important part of my business and treat them as if they are the only client I have. Myself and our Team share the same core value that the client is always number 1. Even though I handle 90% of the Sellers this is important when they need to step into a transaction in my absence. I believe our relationship does not end the day the transaction closes but will last as long as I am needed. I look forward to long term relationships where I can be of assistance to family, friends or future transactions. I plan to be your advisor or for you to know that you can call with any questions whenever necessary. I work hard for my clients and I always get them the highest return on investment and value! I look forward to working hard and showing you what a relentless agent can do for the sale of your home.

Answered Questions
What neighborhood factors should I consider when buying?
There are plenty of online resources to help by googling crime, schools, amenities or whatever else is important to you. Also, try to find a local agent in the area you are looking for. No better advice you can get than from someone that lives in or near where you are hoping to find your dream home.

Can you find multi family home that's under FHA?
Yes, homes that are 1-4 families will qualify for FHA financing. They must meet specific requirements in regards to condition of the home. Some quick examples would be no broken windows, railings on stairs with more than 2 steps and no peeling paint. Your lender or local agent can give even more details. The listing agent should know if the house they are listing will meet FHA requirements.
