I have been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years and I believe it is important to establish a client? agent relationship. I don't look at my clients as a potential transaction but as an important part of my business and treat them as if they are the only client I have. Myself and our Team share the same core value that the client is always number 1. Even though I handle 90% of the Sellers this is important when they need to step into a transaction in my absence. I believe our relationship does not end the day the transaction closes but will last as long as I am needed.
