Lombardo Homes & Estates is a full-service real estate company that promotes itself as selling homes for no commission and no obligation and paying your attorney fees. I could use any attorney I wanted and he would pay that fee but I chose to use a recommended attorney Raymond Verdi who was also great. I never heard of this type of service before and found out that's because no one else does real estate like this. Mr. Joseph Lombardo the Broker explained to me that he has the buyers pay the commission at closings which I thought was not possible but he does it. The Broker did a free appraisal for me, marketed my property on MLS, and gave me the option to sell on my own I would NOT owe any commission. There were many showings and multiple offers that came in fairly quickly. Joseph Lombardo is always reachable on his cell phone and I liked that I could reach him with questions 7 days a week. He sold my home in 40 days for top dollar with no commission and also paid my attorney fees as promised. Use him if you need to sell or no anyone that does need to sell a home.

Lombardo homes & Estates showed my home around 25 times before he secured a $650,000 offer which I took. I walked away with 625K. Joes commission was paid for by the buyer. ZillowVERIFIED My tenant moved in November 2018 and I decided to work on the house and list it for sale by owner. As I was fixing the house I started receiving a lot of calls from realtors, which I did not expect. I took their names and told them Id get back to them if I changed my mind. Marissa Kowalchik was one of those realtors and I was impressed by her professionalism and no pressure tactic. She followed up and called me back and I was more receptive at that time and tired of hearing from realtors. Marissa gave me an analysis of my property and the market value and explained to me how I could get what I want as a seller and still list the house under the market value. I was sent a contract by email which I pondered, then when she called me again I signed it and the process started. She immediately had her photographer come to the house and the house looked a lot more beautiful with his photographs than with mine. I was still working on making the house more presentable and Marissa would follow up with me about my progress and assured me that she had scheduled multiple viewings. I like that I was offered an automated system that notified me when there was a viewing and the comments of the potential buyers. To my surprise, within a few weeks there was a serious buyer who had some questions about the property and Marissa would contact me and coordinate getting responses to their inquiries, some of which I could have supplied and others that the County had to respond to. If I had a question that she could not answer, she would have her manager Sandra Oehler get back to me in a timely manner. I was in contract before I even finished getting the house up to my standard, and was able to continue at a more leisurely pace until I was finished and am now ready to close. I highly recommended Marissa Kowalchik and Sandra Oehler of Lombardo Homes if you plan on selling your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Joe Lombardo runs a very professional business. His average sell time is 23 days and he prices your home to insure you get what you want in your hand. How it works is, the real estate agents contact his call center, who are a group of very courteous individuals. They then call you, the home owner, to set up the showings. Once you approve the showing of your home, they follow up by sending you a text message, listing the agency?s name and time, so you can keep track of all of the up coming appointments. Joe also employs an associate named Sandy who is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made the complete process of the sale of our home easy, right from the beginning and even when certain things came up after contract. Sandy would answer her phone almost every time, and if not always returned your call very quickly. She was always so helpful and pleasant to speak with. Sandy goes beyond the call of duty and is very sympathetic to your feelings and needs. Sandy is Joe?s best asset. She is a rare gem which is not found in this day and age.
