HOBBIES/INTEREST
Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active, spending time with family and friends, traveling and I enjoy working on new projects and ideas. Giving back is also important to me, particularly supporting veterans, local families, and the community I call home.
FAMILY
Family is the heart of everything I do. No matter how busy life or work becomes, my family keeps me grounded and reminds me of what truly matters. Being a grandfather is especially meaningful to me--my grandkids bring an incredible amount of happiness, laughter, and purpose into my life. Watching them grow, creating memories together, and simply being present for the important moments are things I cherish. They motivate me to work hard, lead by example, and build a life and legacy they can be proud of. At the end of the day, accomplishments may come and go, but the time, love, and memories shared with family are what I value most.

FAQ
My biggest advice to anyone purchasing a home is to prepare before you start shopping and surround yourself with the right professionals. Get pre-approved early, understand what you're truly comfortable spending each month, and don't let emotions cause you to overlook the bigger picture. The perfect home doesn't always mean a perfect house—it means finding a property that fits your needs, lifestyle, and long-term goals.
I also encourage buyers to ask questions and never feel pressured into making a decision they don't understand. From financing and inspections to negotiations, appraisals, and closing, there are a lot of moving pieces in a real estate transaction. That's why having an experienced REALTOR® representing your interests matters. My job is not simply to help you find a house; it's to educate you, protect your interests, negotiate on your behalf, and help you make a confident, informed decision. Buying a home is a major investment, and you deserve someone in your corner every step of the way.
My biggest advice to a homeowner preparing to sell is to price strategically, prepare the home properly, and have a strong marketing plan from day one. The first impression your property makes—both online and in person—can have a major impact on buyer interest. Great photography, strong presentation, accurate pricing, and maximum exposure all work together to position your home competitively.
I also tell sellers to look at the transaction from a buyer's perspective and not let emotions interfere with important decisions. Selling a home can be personal, but successful negotiations require good information, patience, and a clear strategy. My role is to help you understand the market, position your property effectively, communicate honestly about buyer feedback, negotiate to protect your interests, and guide you through every step from listing to closing. Your home is one of your largest financial assets, and my goal is to help you achieve the strongest possible outcome while making the process as smooth as possible.
Throughout my real estate career, I've had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients, including first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, sellers, veterans and military families, corporate relocation clients, investors, luxury buyers and sellers, and families downsizing or transitioning into the next chapter of their lives. I've also worked with clients purchasing land and those navigating unique or more complex real estate transactions.
Every client's situation is different, which is why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to real estate. Whether someone is buying their very first home or selling a distinctive luxury property, I take the time to understand their priorities, answer their questions, and develop a strategy around their individual goals. Regardless of price point or experience level, every client deserves the same level of communication, professionalism, respect, and representation.
One recent transaction that stands out to me involved helping a family find a home they could truly see themselves enjoying for years to come. What made the experience special wasn't simply getting to the closing table—it was earning their trust throughout the process. We worked through the search together, discussed the advantages and potential concerns of different properties, and made sure they felt informed and comfortable before making such an important decision.
Like many real estate transactions, there were details to coordinate and challenges to work through along the way. By keeping communication open, staying focused on solutions, and working closely with everyone involved, we were able to keep the transaction moving forward and successfully reach closing.
The most rewarding part was seeing the excitement when the keys were finally handed over. Transactions like this remind me why I chose real estate. It's not just about selling houses; it's about helping people make decisions that can positively impact their families and their futures. Knowing that a client trusted me to be part of such an important moment is something I never take for granted.
My journey into real estate began with a genuine interest in business, homes, people, and helping others make important decisions. Before becoming a REALTOR®, my professional background included business administration, human resources, and operations management. Those experiences taught me the importance of communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and, most importantly, taking care of people.
In 2019, I decided to turn those skills and my passion for real estate into a career and earned my real estate license. I quickly discovered that this was much more than a job for me. I enjoyed being able to guide people through one of the biggest financial and personal decisions of their lives while building relationships that often continued long after closing.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to represent first-time buyers, sellers, veterans and military families, relocation clients, investors, and luxury clients. Real estate has allowed me to combine my business experience with my commitment to serving others, and that is still what motivates me today. For me, success in real estate isn't measured only by the number of homes sold—it's measured by the people I've helped, the relationships I've built, and the trust clients place in me.
Yes. I believe continuing education and professional development are essential to providing clients with knowledgeable, well-rounded representation. I hold an Associate Degree in Business Administration and have a professional background in business operations and human resources, which has given me valuable experience in communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving.
Within real estate, I have earned the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification, providing specialized training to better serve veterans, active-duty military members, and their families. I am also an ERA Distinctive Properties Specialist, with additional training focused on representing and marketing distinctive and luxury properties, as well as a Corporate Relocation Specialist, helping clients navigate the unique challenges associated with relocating.
I have also pursued professional development in real estate ethics and industry standards, including the C2EX endorsement, and have served in REALTOR® association roles involving professional standards, grievance matters, and real estate forms. Combined with my hands-on transaction experience, this training helps me provide clients with informed advice, strong advocacy, and professional representation throughout the buying or selling process.
