Weve dealt with several real estate agents, and Joe Kaplan is by far the best. After a failed relationship with another local realtor, we sought out recommendations from our neighbors. We reached out to three agents, and Joe impressed us right away with his responsiveness, patience, and thoroughness. To start, Joe identified some key features that improved the marketing of our home. He produced spectacular staging, photos, and property description in order to make sure the MLS, Zillow, and Trulia ads were perfect. After having our home for sale on the market for more than 60 days with our previous agent, we received a squeaky clean offer within one week of hiring Joe. He made sure we were informed at every stage of the escrow process, and laid out a detailed timeline week by week. Everything went smoothly, and we sold the home at a price we were pleased with. There are many agents out there, but if you have high standards, Joe is the agent for you.
