We kept in touch with him while considering a move to a larger home, asking questions and he showed us a number of properties. When it came time to list our condo for sale he was our only call. Joe gave us good advice on pricing and what to expect throughout the process. He prepared a comprehensive analysis of our property and advised us on pricing. The MLS description and pictures of our property were very professional and inviting. We listed our condo for sale with Joe and within five days we had three offers. Our property just sold above asking price!!! Joe was great at keeping us informed of what was going on and what needed to be done along the way. He made the whole process easy and "painless". We will be looking for a new home on the Island in the next couple of months and we will be calling Joe to guide us through that process as well. We have bought and sold over 5 homes over the past 20 years throughout the country and I can honestly say without a doubt that he has been the most responsive, knowledgable and connected realtor we have ever worked with. Joe knows everything about LBI, it's history, what to watch out for and steered us to exactly what we were looking for without up-selling us or getting impatient when we wanted to keep looking (we started looking in Feb of 2016 and just closed at the end of July 2016). Joe is highly connected to the marketplace and has expert knowledge which buyers should listen carefully to (we didn't listen and it delayed our closing and it cost us extra money, had we listened we would have closed sooner and saved).
