Joseph is a genuinely kind, creative, and experienced realtor who will make you wish you had another home to buy/sell with him. I researched several other realtors before concluding that Joseph was the best, and my very first contact with Joseph confirmed why. He responded to my email within 10 minutes, and subsequently NEVER failed to promptly respond to any of my several text messages, emails, and telephone calls. Joseph demonstrated his real estate and business savvy during our first meeting aEUR" he was realistic, provided great explanations, and made me feel he was going to be working for me rather than simply signing up a client and working for a commission. I was right! Joseph and his staff constantly impressed me with their professionalism, good judgment and advice, and best of all demonstrated throughout that they really were in my corner. ZillowVERIFIED This is the 2nd house I've sold with Joseph Hayes. He's by FAR the best realtor I've ever worked with. I've worked with some in the past that it was hard to see the proceeds from the sell go to them because they did very little to earn it. That is NOT the case with Joseph. He and his team does an awesome job with marketing the property and he is in constant communication with the seller. Our first contract fell through and Joseph worked closely with us on a plan of what needed to be done to get it back on the market and help ensure the next contract went through. He's very knowledgeable and offers great advise. On top of everything else, he's just a great guy. We just can't enough good things about Joseph.

I've know Joseph for several years and trust him with any of our home buying and selling needs. We first used Joseph to help us purchase our first home a few years ago and people thought we were crazy to be in another state while our house was being built but Joseph was always ahead of the game and keeping us in the know. He also recommended a fantastic lender! Now, we've moved again and he is assisting us in selling the same home... We expect to close in a couple of weeks and everything is going smoothly! We were having 4-6 showings a week during the supposedly "slow months".
