I went to Joe because he is located right in the area I was looking to buy a home in, so he could answer all my questions. Not surprisingly, I found a wonderful home in just a few days! He made sure everything went along in a timely manner so we were able to close quickly!

Everything he said in his bio, none of its true. Don't waste your time. He asked me how he could help me when I called him for an appointment he set and failed to call. He couldn't figure out how the computer worked, took us to the wrong house. Never followed up with an asking price for our home he could have listed.

He was one of the few who actually returned my call; however, there was no follow up whatsoever except for a very recent generic email. Granted, it was the beginning of my relocation search, but I felt he could have followed up; determined what I was looking for which resulted in a sale.

I dealt with/communicated with quite a few realtors in the area during the past two months. Calls not returned, appointments not kept, lack of knowledge regarding town restrictions. It was frustrating to the point where we were ready to give up our search. Joe Haberl was by far the most responsive and most knowledgeable. He would respond to email and voice messages promptly. - If he didn't have an immediate answer to our question, he was relentless in finding the answer. He was very helpful with respect to dealing with the complexities of shore properties located in flood zones and understanding the procedures involving the purchase of bank owned homes.

We completed the closing on our retirement home in Tom River recently.A I wanted to post this in order to commend our realtor Joe Haberl.A Before meeting him we had been looking for aA home in that area for some time.A We dealt with other realtors and agencies that would take us out once or twice and if we didn't like what they showed us we would not hear from them again. Always we would call them with houses we had found in listings, they were not finding anything for us.A Also, they were almost impossible to reach with questions and often their phone message boxes were full. If we did leave a message they might not return our call for days.A But Joe was different than those other agencies.A He was patient and showed us houses he knew we would like.A He uses state of the art methods for house searching and contract documents.A We would get a listing from him daily with new homes added and changes to current listings that fit what we were looking for.A When a new house was on the market or a status changed he let us know promptly. He always followed up on any questions we had, almost immediately.A And if we called his cell phone, which he shares with clients, he always answered and was happy to help.A One time I had to leave him a message and I was amazed he got back to me within 15 minutes or less !A And equally important he knows the ins and outs of real estate and even regulations in different retirement communities.A He helped us every step of the way including through the closing. It was obvious to us that he liked working with people and loves his job.A And, when we asked him, he also recommended equally good people to help with the Inspection and legal aspects of the closing.A Even after we had purchased the house and the closing was over he stopped by to see if all was well and if we needed anything else.A A Don't waste your time like we did with other realtors who are only out to make a quick buck, go right to Joe Haberl at Our Shore Real Estate. He will take good care of you, he found us the house we wanted and we got it at a very good price.

Joe made selling our home quick, easy and painless. He took care of tasks for us like accompanying the township's inspector on his tour of the house so that we didn't have to take time off work. We recommend him without reservation.

Joe Haberl was my agent of choice to sell my primary home several years ago. This was during the "bust" and the need for real estate savvy was paramount. After compiling a "comparable value" list of nearby homes, Joe recommended we price our house a bit below the comp values. We followed his advice, with fabulous results. Traffic was excellent, we actually had a bidding war and sold for $5,000 over listing price, in less than 45 days! Remember...this was the belly of the real estate bust !

We found Joe Haberl to be very knowledgeable and professional in helping us find and purchase our new house. Joe was always available to show us houses that we wanted to see and found many to show us that met our criteria . He was very patient and understanding with the numerous phone calls we made to him and questions we had for him. He always supplied us with information about the area in which we did find and purchase our home. He supplied us with all the numbers and companies that we needed to set up our new home, such as gas and electric etc. We would highly recommend Joe to our friends and consider him a friend. He topped it off with showing up on moving day with lunch for us and our movers.
