ZillowVERIFIED Joseph Gordon is personable, attentive, explanatory, and diligent. He also expends a great deal of effort in his craft. I think in proportion to what he made out of our sale his efforts were very high indeed. He responded well to our own efforts in searching out homes, including all those properties in his offering, and researching properties even when he knew they would not work out for one reason or another. While Ogden is not listed in his service area, he did not complain when we wanted to primarily see properties in that area. He trekked up there with prompt and energetic enthusiasm for a whole weekend in what turned out to be a record high temperature for central Utah in June. Most importantly, realizing we were constrained by out-of-state residence in our timing and availability, he shifted appointments, meetings, and showings to accommodate our needs. We had a very limited window for viewings, and our options and schedules on that weekend changed several times. Each time we adjusted our schedule, expectations, criteria, or needs, he replied with cordial assistance. While there were a few hiccups in terms of explaining the process (mostly a fault of my understanding) and couple minor showing problems (got lost, and an owner was sleeping in one unit) we had, largely, a wonderful experience.Our hats are off to Mr. Gordon.

Joe was more than willing to answer all of my questions and was always easy to get ahold of. He took me on a few afternoons of showing until we found the right place for me. When my mortgage pre-approval fell through, Joe helped me to find financing, which wasn't easy with my particular situation. The closing process went really smoothly and we were able to negotiate for all the things we wanted. I was overall very happy with my experience and would recommend Joe to any of my friends and family.

I contacted Joseph after finding his information online and told him that we were flying out to Utah and had 2 days to find a town home for my Grand daughter and her husband. This was a little scary for me as I had never purchased property in Utah nor had I ever met Joseph. Fortunately, he was extremely helpful and the absolute best thing he did for us was to give us access to his website so that we could search for exactly what we needed. On the first day we found the perfect property for my grand daughter and her husband and they couldn't be happier. ZillowVERIFIED Just over one year ago my boyfriend and I bought our first house and Joe and Suzy Gordon were our realtors. What I immediately loved about them was there sincere interest in finding our dream home. They asked us questions like what areas would we not mind living in, what our price range was, did we want a large backyard for our dog, etc. It was a few hours later and they emailed lists of different homes that they thought would interest us. Joe and Suzy were so kind and attentive through out the entire house hunting experience. There knowledge of the real estate market really put my boyfriend and I at ease since we didn't know much. Sometimes we would get emails from them on the weekends or later in the evenings with lists of more house options or just checking in on us asking how we were feeling about the progress that was being made when we found the home we put an offer on. Their dedication to their clients is easily felt. I have and will continue to recommend Joe and Suzy to my friends and acquaintances.

He was knowledgeable about the Salt Lake City and surrounding areas and which neighborhoods had the type of properties I was interested in. During negotiations, Joseph updated me whenever there were updates and almost always answered my calls right away, even at night and during the weekend.
