Joseph took an extended tour through the house and noted areas that could be improved upon. Other agents did a quick walk-through without much feedback. After his tour, we sat down and discussed the particulars of the sale of the house. The listing process, offer presentation, offer acceptance, buyer inspection, township fire inspection, attorney review and closing were discussed thoroughly. The fees and taxes were also explained in detail. All throughout the process, Joseph always stayed in touch. He never left us in the lurch.
