Joe was the best person we could have ever had for this transaction. He worked with us and made the sale of the house we had lived in for over 40 years as easy as possible. He worked with the contractors we had to correct the issues found on the home inspection. And was there when we needed him to let in an inspector or worker when we were out of town.
