Joseph and his wife Anisia are not your average real-estate agents they are much more than that and to my husband and I we now consider them our friends! We started working with Team Cordi a little over 2 years ago right after our wedding we wanted to to buy a home in Huntington Beach and were referred to them by another good friend of ours who had just got into a rental with their help. From the beginning both of them were extremely friendly and personable. They went above and beyond getting to know us and what we were looking for as well as what our price range for a house was. We were not in a huge hurry but wanted to find something before the holidays and the end of the year and they definitely made that a reality for us. Every day they were checking in with either my husband or I. Long story short we bought our first home in a timely manner. The escrow process was made much less stressful because Joseph did everything he could to help us both full-time working adults, find all the right documents and get them turned in when needed. We kept in touch with Team Cordi and not quite two years later we were asked to relocate out of state for work. We decided to list our home on the market instead of renting it out and with the diligent and persistence help of Joseph and Anisia we sold our home in 5 months the time frame we told them we wanted to sell in! Not only did we sell in a timely manner but we made a great profit on our first home in just the two short years we owned it. I would be lying if I said we could take full credit for our success in our home buying/selling because we had such amazing trust and friendship with Team Cordi they truly cared about us and wanted to see us happy and got us what we wanted in both circumstances. I hope this review resonates strong, because although neither my husband or I have much experience buying and selling homes, having a realtor that is genuine, knowledgable and willing to go above and beyond for their clients is much harder to find than you think. Thank you Team Cordi, we couldn't have done this without you guys!

We purchased a condo at the beach in Long Beach, CA where Team Cordi were the listing agents. We first viewed the condo during an open house being held by Team Cordi, and made a full-price offer on the condo while at the open house that same day within an hour of entering the property. Joseph and Anisia Cordi were very helpful and responsive during the 90 closing period that had been requested by the Seller. They were also very cordial, low-key, and pleasurable to work with. They worked with the Seller on our behalf and to our satisfaction to correct a number of items that were found during the initial inspection of the unit by the inspection company and were very reliable in following-up on any items that needed attention. Over the course of the closing period, we became friends with them and now that we have closed on the purchase of the property, we plan to continue our relationship with them as close friends into the future.

I would highly recommend Team Cordi to anyone seeking a real estate agent. The experience we had with them, as first time buyers, exceeded my expectations. Every question I had, and there were many, was answered quickly and expertly. Joseph and Anisia are absolute professionals but what I like best about them is how genuine they are. No doubt about it, we will be using Team Cordi for any future real estate needs.

We were looking to move but needed to clean up our credit up a bit so The Con-Cord Group helped get a one year lease in the neighborhood we expect to buy in next year. Anisia, Joseph & John were completely understanding and my wife and I look forward to buying our first home together with them. They are true realtors that care about the community and their clients, which are hard to find these days! Much thanks to The Con-Cord Group at Coldwell Banker Beachside!

The Con-Cord Group has been a pleasure to work with. Over the last several months, Joseph and his team have been showing my wife and I potential second homes as well as homes we can invest in as rental properties. The Con-Cord Group I believe possesses incredible knowledge about Huntington Beach as well as Sunset Beach. Having worked closely with them, I feel as we are part of the Con-Cord Group family, not just clients but truly family members! Another thing that has impressed me is the responsiveness of Joseph and his team. They always answered their phones to answer any questions we had, which were plenty! I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking to purchase real estate to contact the Con-Cord Group, honest and reliable people!

Team Cordi was a great help to me and my wife with purchasing our first in California house. I have worked with many Real Estate agents before in other states, and was let down, not feeling like the Realtor had my best interest first. We were new to the Huntington Beach area and their knowledge of the area and willingness to work around our busy work schedule was much appreciated. Once we found a house we liked Joseph said on process and was very much on our team to continue to help us be aware and get the best deal possible. Team Cordi went above and beyond with helping us purchase our last house and we would highly recommend them.

They are very knowledgable with everything in the real estate sphere making my first time buyer experience very comfortable. I am a right-side of the brain gal and all the numbers involved in buying a home is a bit overwhelming but I was at ease with my future as a home owner in their hands! A big huge THANK YOU!!!

Some people just care, and they do. I think they are genuinely good people, and that is evident in dealing with them. In showing me around, I found the level of professionalism, real world knowledge and mostly, concern for my needs to be paramount. Sold on them permanently. I was given a very detailed review of investment properties. To my spec. Went and looked at a bunch with Joe, and he was straightforward enough to go over the negatives and the return, which was no compelling. I decided to wait, and I will definitely use them when it is time to buy an investment property. Hopefully when it cools next year.
