He is sharp as a tack and knows the business and is a very good communicator. I enjoyed working with him. Joe understood what my goal was and he worked very hard to accomplish that. Considering the property was in NJ an I'm located in Ohio. This was and estate sale as well as a foreclosure. I signed my contract on a Friday on Sunday morning I received a call from Joe, he had an offer for full asking price. The loan closed within 30 days of signing my contract. ZillowVERIFIED Joe did a good job in communicating the process and moving it along to conclusion. Challenges regarding the value of the property were difficult due to the size, age, condition and the impact of Covid19. Overall, it went about as smoothly as it could. The end result worked out fine, but I think there was a bit of pressure to reduce the sale price prematurely. I felt at times like we were negotiating against ourselves. To be fair to Joe, we also had time constraints in which we had to sell but still I think the recommendations for reduction were too aggressive. If selling another home in the area, he would still be the first person I'd go to.

He has decades of experience and is quick to outline all options and scenarios ultimately letting the client choose. He knows when to provide opinion and when not to, and has an uncanny ability to know exactly what we are thinking. He is always responsive and reachable, but when he is with you you get his undivided attention. Joe sold our home in 6 days and got two offers at asking price. If you ever want to sell a home, buy a home, or at the very least find out your options I cant think of a better person than Joe Burris.

ZillowVERIFIED You cannot find a better person to sell your house than Joe Burris! I cannot stress enough how outstanding of a job he did throughout the entire process. We only had 30 days to close our house and Joe helped us through the entire complicated process quickly and went sooooooo far above and beyond what I would expect from a real-estate agent. We had to remove a decommissioned oil tank from our yard, and it would have taken three times as long without Joe's expertise. He even went down to city hall personally to help facilitate the permit process with the township. Joe's marketing is just outstanding, as he sold our house for basically a full offer in less than a week. Trust me when I tell you that you won't regret the decision of working with Joe Burris!
