ZillowVERIFIEDYou cannot go wrong by selecting Joe to represent you. From his professionalism to his expertise and work ethic, we found him to be the best real estate professional we have ever worked with. There was not an area of the total process from initial introduction to the closing of our new home in Hernando Beach that Joe did not excel in. Constantly engaged on our behalf, always communicating, answering our questions, following up, holding the others involved accountable, lobbying and negotiating in our best interests and providing guidance that helped us avoid pitfalls. There was no part of the overall process that Joe was not on top of, ahead of and spot on correct about. Kind, hard working, knowledgeable, competent and a true advocate for his clients all come to mind when we think about our interaction with and getting to know Joe. Whether you are a buyer or seller, we highly recommend Joe. He truly sees his role as that of working for you and your satisfaction.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an amazing home buying experience with Olga. She set me up on the websites so homes that fit our criteria would be emailed to me directly. She was always readily available to show homes or to answer any questions. When I received the email for a listing that checked off several of our boxes, I contacted Olga immediately. She replied stating she was on vacation on a cruise, but knowing how fast the houses move in this area, she made arrangements for a team member to show us the house. We saw the house and wanted to submit an offer with Olga starting the process while on vacation! She was beneficial with providing references for inspectors, insurance agents, and lenders. All contacts were great to work with and would also be recommended. We closed in less than 30 days and Olga was one step ahead throughout the entire process. We were very pleased with our home buying experience and would highly recommend the Buchi's.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have just finished the process of buying a new home, and selling our former home with Joe and Olga Buchi this morning. We can't say enough about their professionalism and their knowledge of the real estate market. We were novices to the buying/selling process and they were always just a quick phone call away to answer any questions we had. During the buying process, Olga helped us move through a quick offer and negotiation, answered all of our questions, and kept us up to date as the process moved along. During our final walk through before closing, she noticed a repair that needed to be made and negotiated compensation for us for the repair to be made right before closing. We are so thankful to her for helping make what could be an overwhelming process much easier and less stressful! The process of listing our former home with them was even easier! They provided us with up to the minute market research, and walked us through the pricing process that we didn't have much knowledge of. Joe and Olga staged our home beautifully, used the latest technology for photography, and advertised it right away. Our home was under contract in two days after being put on the MLS! They were keeping us up to date every step of the way! The closing process was quick, and stress free!We are so thankful to Joe and Olga, and we will always recommend them to anyone needing a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED We were so pleased with our realtor, Mr. Joe Buchi. We have never worked with anyone more knowledgeable while buying or selling a home. Joe gave sound advice and fought for our best interests throughout the process of selling one home while simultaneously purchasing another. He was truly indispensable on both fronts. Joe's negotiation skills allowed us to sell our home for a price above appraisal and also move in to our new home within hours of closing. His calm demeanor and expertise truly made our experience less stressful and gave us confidence that we were being guided in the right direction through all the ins and outs of the whole process. Thank you, Joe!

ZillowVERIFIED If anyone is looking for honest, motivated Real Estate Professionals we would highly recommend Joe and Olga Buchi. As we primarily worked with Joe he never left us wondering what was going on for he would always communicate even if he had no news to communicate; just to keep in touch with us and to see if we had any questions.I have sold a few houses in my lifetime but have never had any agent give the attention and the motivation as Joe has. His motivation is proven after having our home sold in 3 days with two full price offers.Thank you Joe and Olga

ZillowVERIFIED Joe was great to deal with when buying my home. I contacted him from out of state and even thou I was initially looking at low priced homes, he was extremely helpful and always took care of whatever I asked of him. Always pleasant to talk to, and eager to get me the information I needed to get the deal done. I don't believe it makes a difference to Joe if you are looking to purchase a 20k home or a 300k home, as he will treat you with the same amount of respect and professionalism either way. I highly recommend Joe to anyone who may be in the market for an honest and hard working Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Joe is by far the best realtor we have ever had. I will recommend him to all my family and friends. His knowledge of all the properties he showed was outstanding. He listened to all our needs and found the perfect house for my family. He was never pushy and was more concerned about what we wanted. Joe went above and beyond then any other realtor. Not only he found us the perfect house , but he truly has become a family friend . So looking for the best, go with JOE BUCHI!!

ZillowVERIFIED Couldn't have gotten better treatment, I think, as a 1st time homebuyer! Joe even steered me away from potentially problematic properties, which I greatly appreciate. Every other realtor I spoke to before Joe & Olga Buchi gave me the impression that their main concern was selling me anything as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Joe & Olga to anyone, and already have and will continue to do so. Sincerely Bill V.

ZillowVERIFIED Of the five agents interviewed to list our house, Mrs. Buchi was the quickest to respond. She continued to impress by providing a detailed market analysis while the other agents were still gathering data. Attentive and listens without interrupting, she provides alternative options that only an expert can deliver. Her marketing skills resulted in an offer within 24 hours of list. Text, email and voice mails all replied to within the hour. A true professional at real estate! Did everything right to sell our home, unfortunately a personal situation changed our plans to move.

ZillowVERIFIED The Buchi Duo offer a wonderful blend of sophistication and "neighborhood" charm. They are highly organized and personable and know their real estate market inside and out. Olga listened astutely to my interests, life circumstances, and had professional contacts to refer me to when necessary. It's immediately clear that the Buchi's love their work and genuinely care about the clients they serve. I recommend them without hesitation!

ZillowVERIFIED Realtor Olga Buchi has been aggressively assisting my husband and I in purchasing a home. Our home-buying experience with Ms. Buchi has been very professional. Her patience and tactfulness to detail has been above board alleviating any unwanted stress to say the least. She is assertive and very opinionated in negotiating on our behalf. We greatly appreciate having her as our realtor and although the process of home buying can be a daunting experience, we are hopeful that with her continued assistance and support, we will locate our "right home".Rollin & MaeAgnes GeorgeTampa, Florida
