He was very responsive and always on top of things, but is not overbearing. His style is more of the quiet, experienced professional, rather than being bombastic, arrogant, or showy. He knows the market and all the local players, and works quietly but diligently in engaging with other agents and parties. Most importantly he is honest and direct--a complete straight shooter. He isn't afraid to tell you the truth, even if it's a bit unpleasant, when others might want to hide you from bad news. And when he is not sure about something, he will let you know and give you his best judgement of your options, and let you as the principal make the decision. We always felt well-advised and in control of our situation even when it could get complicated, and that is in large part due to Joe's quiet and steady hand. I wish I could give six stars!

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Bondar (Joe) was perfect for us when it came time to sell our home. Relocating due to work, I contacted Mr. Bondar early in the process after considering other agents. He was knowledgeable, patient, responsive (no question too big or too small) with a calm personality (which helped me a lot). From the beginning to the sell of our home, the process went from stressful to worry-free. In the end, the house sold quicker than we could have imagined. Luck?...maybe. Right timing?...possibly. A good agent with the skills and experience needed?.....definitely.

ZillowVERIFIED My house had water damage, and I did not get the insurance payment. I was forced to sell it as is, and found a buyer on my own, but the buyer backed out shortly before the expected closing. There was a time limit for a sale of the house imposed by the Jewish court, so my ex would get a part of the proceeds right away. If the time limit(3 weeks away ) was not met, as a penalty to me, she would get an additional $14K. I called Joe and told him of my impossible situation. He said he would do what he could. He found a buyer in 1 day for the same price I would have gotten from the first buyer. The house closed 12 days before the deadline. Everything went smoothly. I am very grateful for his moving so quickly, saving me from further loss.

The key trait for a selling agent is knowing what a fair market price is for a property and Joe had the best sense and proved it in the $580K sales price. This was significantly higher than what other agents thought could be done. He also got the deal done fast and was able to come up with unique contract solutions to tailor a deal that would satisfy us as well as the buyers.

Was trying to sell a condo in the Pikesville area.Joe is a straight shooter and is willing to help you without being overbearing (unless you want him to be I would imagine). He's been in the business for many years and his connections really paid off.We had a legitimate buyer within hours of our place going on the market largely because of his contacts.In addition, after we sold, he was very responsive to our needs to help explore rental properties in Howard County.He is very accessible including by email and text messaging.Because of Joe Bondar as our agent, the process could not have gone any smoother. We highly recommend him as an agent especially if dealing with properties in the 21209 area.

I recommend h im highly and would de finitelly use his services again. some examples are as follows:some repairs needed to be made,joe worked out an agreement between buyer and seller. another example, seller had already moved to another city and buyer lived in another city , not where the property was located ,but joe was able to act as agobetween to keep the parties aprised of all details. although joe was the sellers agent he acted as a true brokerrepresenting the interest of both parties
