He had carefully analyzed the comps in the area so arriving at a selling price that we were all confident and comfortable with - did not take long. The entire process from start to finish (close of escrow) was seamless. Joseph is professional, communicative and easy to work with along with his entire team. Even before we started looking seriously, Chad stepped in and provided valuable insights around the different neighborhoods and areas we were thinking about buying in. Once we were under contract, he was instrumental in working with the listing agent in negotiating a great price (way under asking price, which we were very pumped on). He then coached us on the entire process - everything from inspection, contingencies, final walkthrough, and even helping us get set up with the electric, gas, and local trash company.
