He had carefully analyzed the comps in the area so arriving at a selling price that we were all confident and comfortable with - did not take long. Once we were under contract, he was instrumental in working with the listing agent in negotiating a great price (way under asking price, which we were very pumped on). He then coached us on the entire process - everything from inspection, contingencies, final walkthrough, and even helping us get set up with the electric, gas, and local trash company.
