Kaleo is incredibly responsive and supportive. He is excellent at finding homes that directly relate to my needs and wants. He is very knowledgeable about all homes on the market, especially those that I show interest in. As well as being a home-owner and DIYer himself, he is able to pick up on structural issues of concern and brainstorm estimated costs for getting the issue fixed or how fixable it would be on your own. I tend to be a bit timid, being a first time home buyer myself, but he is able to simultaneously convey the urgency of acting in a challenging housing market, as well as enact patience for finding the right home that fits my needs.
