ReviewAdam Evans was amazing! I had already sold my home and moved from Florida so finding a home quickly was extremely important to me. He was always on top of things. He made sure that we looked at lots of houses at the soonest available appointment. He pointed out things, both good and bad that I may have missed otherwise. He was very respectful of my opinion. Adam was what I had hoped for in a realtor. He helped make my dreams come true.

Review Adam was a great help in our homebuying experience. It was always easy to contact him, and despite being a distance from his home location, he was always willing to arrange his schedule to ours. Adam listened to what we were looking for and worked full out for that. He moved quickly in contacting the sellers realtor and in arranging the repairs needed to qualify for a VA loan. He helped us to get the home that we wanted at the price we offered, and we appreciate his help tremendously. Weve recommended him to several friends, and if we ever sell our home well be happy to use Adam again.

Review I worked with Adam via teleconference as my move was across the country. Adam was extremely helpful in figuring out the area that would meet my criteria of where I would want to live. He was helpful with suggestions of homes to view. He also worked with selections that I found on lone. He was always prompt with his replies and honest and helpful with his evaluations. He was very helpful with negotiations advising when asked but not pushing. I would say he went out of his way to help us find the right home for us. I cant recommend him enough. He has integrity and honesty which is hard to find these days. Three other real estate agents who work through zillow just didnt care about us the way he did.
