ZillowVERIFIED I called Josee Plant Thanksgiving week 2016, I left a message. Josee was in the Atlanta airport and returned my call!. During the holiday Josee sent me listings for me to look at. When Josee returned we began looking at homes. Josee was Awesome, Im a Very Needy client and panic easily. Josee was patient,understanding and conscientious, Josee knew what I was looking for and the amenities I wanted. We probably looked at 40 + homes! Josee would see a concern point it out before I did.. When I asked Josee for an opinion on a home she was honest and I trusted her. Josee listed my home and her photographer took Fantastic Photos of my home. It showed like a model home. My home sold in 3 Days with 2 Cash offers! Josee was a super negotiator everything went so smoothly. Now I had NO WHERE to go. The Panic started. we were on a search . Homes were going under contract before the signs went up Josee would always return my many calls immediately and calm me down. Josee would say we have plenty of time before closing The right home will come and we continued looking . Finally a home that was under contract, that I wanted too see, came back on the market.. Josee did not badger us but offered to show us several locations with alternatives we might consider. After a month of very helpful showings at our convenience, we decided to attempt an offer on a home that met our specifications. The offer was countered and than Josee was extremely helpful with the contract, conditions, and follow through to make the other agent hold to the terms. Since our purchase, Josee has stayed in contact and become a very helpful friend in the community to obtain services, and guiding us away from situations that would be disappointing as we upgraded our property. We wished we could have used her on the selling of our home out of state because that agent did not give us even 1/2 the service that we got thru Josee. We would HIGHLY recommend Josee to everyone.
