ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I decided to sell our rental home in Rosamond CA in February 2018. We interviewed several realtors and we were really impressed with Jose's knowledge of the local real estate market. He emphasized that communication was something he took very serious and that he would keep us in the loop with all ongoing events. Additionally, Jose was flexible on what price we wanted for the house. He provided sound advice about the local market but was willing to let us make the final decision. We decided to hire Jose from our final list of three candidates. He did not fail to impress. Within a day or two he worked with our current tenant to take beautiful professional pictures and the house was listed on the market soon afterwards. During the first weekend, Jose showed the house to three potential buyers, of which two made bids. Jose worked with us on the negotiation process and we actually exceeded our asking price for the house. The house was within escrow within 5 days. The escrow process was very smooth and Jose answered any questions we had about the paperwork. Furthermore, Jose (and his team) installed CO2 detectors, and made some minor fixes to the house. This was appreciated by my wife and I since we never had to make the long trip from Camarillo to Rosamond during the entire process; Jose took care of everything. Thanks to Jose, our first home selling experience was successful and we will hire him again in the future to procure or sell our properties. ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Jose zavalza was GREAT!. At the time my partner and I started looking for home we found out we where expecting our first child, so our stress level was even higher. Jose always was on top of everything, from taking us to go look at houses often, to submitting offers right away, having great communication skills with the sellers agent. We never felt that we were lost, confused or alone in this whole process. Which gave me peace of mind and less stress during my pregnancy, he always knew what needed to be done and never wasted anytime in getting the job done. From what I've heard from other buyers and there experiences it wasn't a great one and they would usually take over a year to find a home. I know because of Jose's work ethics we were able to get our home within five months, and that to us meant everything especially with a baby on the way.
