Jose is what I consider to be the consummate professional. The sales of our mother's home was a probate sale, so we needed a realtor experienced in this area. After interviewing a few realtors we selected Jose for his knowledge of the process and the fact he took the time to pull the court documents prior to our meeting. Jose kept his promise regarding timely communication and made sure to keep us 'in the know' every step of the way. In one case, Jose showed how much he cares about his clients when another realtor showing the house did not set the alarm. Jose drove over and set the alarm an hour layer!
