Since it became difficult for us to travel, he effectively communicated with us over video and phone. When we were able to see homes in person, he found ones that fit our exact needs and we were able to narrow down and decide which home to buy after viewing all the ones he pre-selected. Since we knew no one or anything about this area, he was our local guide for locations and other considerations when buying a home. We relied on him for so many decisions around the home buying process, and he guided us with so much care, patience, and expertise. When travel became difficult again, he functioned as a proxy for us in many regards, and made sure things were right in time for the closing. He was an advocate and trusted source through the entire process, and we are now living in the perfect home for us. I cannot recommend enough working with Jose--whether you're in town or coming from out of town. He is wonderful and we are so thankful our first connection to CA was Jose!
