Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Jose served over 20 years in the United States Navy. Jose and Tish were very knowledgeable and helpful in selling an investment property we had in Gastonia, NC. Not only that he got us the top value of the property but also helped us manage the necessary repairs through his network as we are not in the area. The property was managed by a management company that had really kept it in a state of disrepair and code violations. Jose helped us get the necessary repairs done to address the violations and got us an offer very quickly and for a very good price.

Jose has been the very best from the beginning. Very knowledgeable and helpful, in our home search. He was there to answer any questions at any given moment and made sure we only saw homes that met our requirements. He also speaks Spanish which is a plus in our family. This was our first time buying a home after being rejected so many times. In 2021 crazy market and no experience, Jose was awesome and went above and beyond for us. We were so anxious and overwhelmed we probably made it hard on him but he never discouraged us and he was so helpful.He was honest and I would recommend him and his team a million times. I am purchasing my first home and have not been contacted by this realtor in over 3 weeks and he will not be at my closing either. I ended up having to handle all of my own negotiations pertaining to the build and purchase of my VERY FIRST home purchase because I was not responded to by him. This process should have been smoother and I should have had guidance from my realtor yet was left with no communication for weeks at a time. Please go with your gut and if you don't feel comfortable with the realtor and their responses when starting the process. I do not recommend him what so ever. He collected a check and that is all that he was out for.

Jose...I cant say enough GREAT things about him. He was up front about every aspect of selling my house (good & not so good) and I appreciated it. He is confident, driven, and had my best interest in mind. The strategy he used had an offer on my house in ONE DAY! and we were in the middle of COVID. From the inspection right up to closing everything went smoothly. If you need to sell your home JOSE IS YOUR GUY!
