ZillowVERIFIEDJosh is very persistent and that is probably the best thing about him without Josh. I would not be in this house I gave up and he did not let me give up at all. I'm so happy that he pushed me because I found the house in my dreams hes very patient very polite very caring very determined. Talking to Josh was like talking to a relative or somebody Ive known for a long time, I recommend him highly .

ZillowVERIFIED Josh has knowledge and expertise, and also genuine desire to help. Always responsive, always there for me, and I am sure for everyone else, because he put his heart and dedication to his work. He found my new home, he guided me through the purchase process, making sure that I get a good deal and that I am comfortable with all negotiated terms. Josh earned my respect and full trust . I appreciate Josh.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh, showed a lot of different properties in one day for a variety of condos to look at. Very helpful with information and at our request, he went back to the condo to confirm a couple of things before closing. He stayed in constant contact, which was refreshing because we had been burned by a Zillow agent previously. If we were in need of an agent in the future, we would definitely reach out for his assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED Josh was absolutely excellent! He had a lot of knowledge about the different areas and neighborhoods of Topeka. He was also very helpful in negotiating to get the necessary work completed on my house. Josh was always available to talk when I had questions or when there was an update. If I were ever anticipating house shopping again (though I don't) I would choose Josh to guide me through the process again!

ZillowVERIFIED Definitely a professional. It was a pleasure knowing that the Pepe Miranda Team was in the drivers seat. I was just along for the ride. This was our 1st experience with Pepe as sellers. I was impressed with the amount of effort he and his team put forth in listing our home. Thru Marketing, open houses and various methods used to keep everyone in the loop. We were comfortable with the entire process. Pepe is very attentive and addressed any issues/concerns promptly. Whether you are buying or selling a home, we definitely recommend Pepe Miranda and his team to get you where you want to be! Sold! Mahalo Ramos Ohana

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Miranda was the most disrespectful realtor Ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with! He refused to setup the tour for the house I requested to see and he told me that I should instead wait for him to send me a list of homes that HE feels would work for me and my family! This was our first time speaking! What gives him the right to tell a customer what houses they are allowed to choose from without knowing anything about the customer except the sound of their voice! I would give him zero stars but this app doesnt allow it.

ZillowVERIFIED Pepe Miranda helped us successfully purchase the house we wanted in a really competitive market. His knowledge and advise on how to make our offer better and possibly stand out was spot on. Pepe also got us scheduled to see all of the listings we were interested in back to back which was key when houses are receiving multiple offers within a day or two after listing. His communication about every step of the process was great with text messages, phone calls, and emails. He also shared multiple contacts for contractors, painters, insurance agents, and bank representatives but never tried to push us to use any of them. Moving is stressful but Pepe made the purchase of our new house very smooth and easy.

ZillowVERIFIED Pepe came recommended to me by a friend and was absolutely phenomenal. He listened to what my wife and I were looking for and gave recommendations inside of those parameters. Incredibly patient during the process and helped point out the pros and cons on some of the properties that we hadn't noticed. He will be my go-to when it's time for our next house and I would recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Pepe Miranda was very knowledgeable and was able to make our home purchase a breeze. Being first time home owners, he was able to guide us and make us feel very comfortable with the process. He made sure we understood, and took the time the time to explain everything in detail to what we did not understand. Not only did he do a good job with his service, but he was able to recommend us to our lender who was great as well. Months have passed since our purchase, and I know I can still call him with questions and he's glad to answer them. I am forever grateful for his service and for helping us chose our forever home. Thanks again for everything you did for our family, Pepe.
