If youre in the military and wont be around for closing, they are definitely the team for you. I personally didnt have time to check in on what was going on at all times but Jose still got it done and I didnt see any issues on my end the only thing I saw was the results. We purchased our first house with him in 2014, and sold the same house in 2023 with his help. He even took a 2% cut as a discount for us as returning customers. He also built a great team around me with lender and inspector referrals. The process from when I sent him the listing to closing was under 30 days. He even helped negotiate some last minute upgrades in my contract the day before closing. Jose knows the market spanning the entirety of the front range. From the start he has been a blessing to us so much so that he is considered family at this point and nothing less! He helped us get our first home. Coming from a lower to middle class background. We moved from Chicago to Colorado in search of a better life. The American dream if you will. Over the years happily ever after became a struggle to maintain. We were living good for a while but after certain circumstances and many financial mishaps and mistakes. I found myself unemployed and in shambles on the verge of foreclosure. I lost confidence and was extremely depressed and devastated. Throughout the whole process Jose was there to help never judging. Never folding and Never giving up on us. He is truly a beacon of positivity! He was there for our family for every step every concern and every possible fallout. Even going as far as giving us the money out his own pocket! He helped us sell our home withing just a day of going on the market we had an offer and within 3 weeks his team of connections set us up for a successful closing on the sale of our home and avoiding foreclosure. He helped us startover with a clean slate. I will never forget what he has done for us. Jose and his assitant Andrea's communication skills were highly critical during the many listing, negotiating and buyer contract phases of the sale of our home. We always knew what to expect next, during this process. When we were establishing our home's value and appropriate listing price, Jose provided his market reasearch and accessment, but aslo listened to our strong reasoning and convections which allowed us to reach a middle ground starting point that we could live with. Jose and Andrea also allowed us to have input on the listing narrative and photo selection. During the whole process, we always felt like our input was valued and welcomed. At any point when we were not satified with any aspect of the sales process, he and Andrea were always quick to resolve our concerns. Many times he would say we work for you not the other way around. Jose was great in providing timely requested data, and time to consider it at critical junctures, so we could make informed decisions. At the most critical point in the contract process (Appraisal) Jose put in the hard work in providing a successful rebutal that allowed us to regain all of our homes lost value. I think we appeciated Jose's and Andrea's support and expertise most during the last quarter of the contract process phase when so many errors by the buyers and the buyer's agent caused the closing to slip numerous times.
