He provided good communication every step of the way and made sure that I was aware & understood the process & what the next step was. If I were to purchase another home I would definitely seek him out again & I would refer any & everyone to him rather they're looking to buy, sell, rent, or rent out a home. They only downfall is that I wish I'd have utilized his services sooner and not waste time prior to reaching out to him.

We discussed buying a home with Jose and seeing if it was a better option, so we started looking and found one that we really wanted. With the short amount of time between finding a home and the buying process, jose was there to answer any and all questions intelligently and quickly, he is a very intelligible man and I would highly recommend him to anyone that was looking to buy a home. Work very well with our way different schedules (me being in a different state). He always made time for us. Walked us through everything, was able to answer all of our questions and if he wasn't sure he would find out. This was our first home. He is honest, nice and works very hard. We love him and if we need him for selling or renting or buying again. We will call him first!!!
