Before this review, I have already given Jose's name out to 5 other individuals in the past week because he is simply the best realtor available.We went through a pretty tough situation that led us to purchasing a home, given our current lease at the time was not being renewed due to the landlord moving back in. This unfortunately gave us a little over a month to find a new rental within an extremely inflated market, both in rentals and purchases. We came to Jose in middle of August letting him know we were open to purchasing a home since a mortgage was roughly the same amount of rent in the area. Jose showed us 10+ homes in the first week and really tried to move mountains to get us moved into a home by October. Little did we know that Jose could get us in for a record 14 day close! It was perfect for our needs.Even though the process was quick, Jose made sure to attend to every single one of our concerns and really advocated for us as buyers. He managed to negotiate a purchase price only 1% above asking, when every other home in the area went for 5-8% above asking. We had an issue with tenting our home due to property line concerns with the neighbors, but Jose convinced the termite company to give us a 1 year guarantee on fumigating the home if we could come to an agreement with the neighbors as well as spot treating before we moved in. This was all at no additional cost to us. Lastly, Jose's connections are so helpful in every way for a buyer. He managed to convince our lender to cover $250/day for any day beyond the 14 day close we were contracted for out of their own pocket. I have never seen anyone pull strings like Jose has.Beyond all of the amazing things Jose can do for you, he actually cares about you as a buyer. He doesn't try to force feed you any home just to get commission; he hears what you want and will allow you to make your own decision. Given we were first time home buyers, we really loved this because we wanted to find the perfect home for us. Jose was patient, kind, and helpful in the process. However, don't let this fool you, when offers are made Jose flipped the switch and began working endlessly to make sure we got everything we needed.We loved our home purchase process with Jose and just hope you feel the same way when you purchase a home.
