Jory was first class in all aspects. Forget everything you ever heard about realtors when it comes to Jory he truly has every quality you want in a realtor. He negotiates for you avidly , he cares for you notices details and opportunities in each home and will tour as many homes as you can in day and then some. Hes reliable ,responsive, trustworthy. He isnt pushy with the house he truly wants you to find your home and we did after about 40 tours . He knows the area and his recommendations for workers have been amazing. Not to mention he was able to have our closing costs covered title fees covered and have the seller pay for a new water heater, painter for all the walls and 2 years home warranty. He went above and beyond. Youd be lucky to have Jory as your realtor. Stand up guy!

Jory has been great to work with. He was very detailed, meticulous and knowledgeable. He understood our needs and what we were looking for. Jory is an incredible realtor. The best I've seen in 50 years of house buying and selling. He is logical, detail oriented and on top of the process at every point. He has resources to help with all aspects of the sale process, He anticipates buyer objections and has work arounds ready to move through the objections that enviably arise. From the beginning he looks for every aspect of the house that he can use in positive sales arguments. He informed us about the details of what was going on all through the process.
