Jory was first class in all aspects. Forget everything you ever heard about realtors when it comes to Jory he truly has every quality you want in a realtor. He negotiates for you avidly , he cares for you notices details and opportunities in each home and will tour as many homes as you can in day and then some. Hes reliable ,responsive, trustworthy. He isnt pushy with the house he truly wants you to find your home and we did after about 40 tours . He knows the area and his recommendations for workers have been amazing. Not to mention he was able to have our closing costs covered title fees covered and have the seller pay for a new water heater, painter for all the walls and 2 years home warranty. He went above and beyond. Youd be lucky to have Jory as your realtor. Stand up guy!

Jory is an incredible realtor. The best I've seen in 50 years of house buying and selling. He is logical, detail oriented and on top of the process at every point. How many agents will call you and ask how youre settling into a new home AFTER the home sale is complete, and the money is transferred? How many agents will volunteer to help you post-sale? I cant imagine many. Jory has. Most agents only care about their commission and never bother to communicate again. Jorys different. -An agent that actually cares about the individual and not the sale? Check. -An agent with 20 years of experience that could be an educator? Check. -An agent that will answer the phone and get back to you at any time of the day? Check. -An agent thats a genuinely great human being? Check. If youre anywhere near the area, youd be shorting yourself if you didnt give Jory a call. I'm speechless at how amazing Jory was both as a real estate agent and as a human being. Being a first-time homebuyer while also relocating from NJ to TX was no small feat. Jory made the process as seamless as possible. His positive, calm demeaner was enough to put anyone at ease. Jory is also anything BUT a hard sell. He is patent and is dedicated to finding the home youd love and was NOT interested in making a sale to pad a pocketbook. Jory provides a pressure-free approach and has an encyclopedia of home-related knowledge and a passion for the business. How often do you see agents that are able to tell what types of trees are in the yard and what kinds of plants are blooming in the neighbors garden? How many agents go up to the attic and inspect the ins and outs of a house, while also advising you of what repairs as a buyer youd want to make? Jory will voluntarily provide key information that you may miss as a first-time homebuyer and provide immediate remedies. During and after closing, Jory also provided contacts of individuals he uses for his own property who he highly recommends. Jory was recommended to us by my son and daughter-in-law. Within five minutes of our initial encounter, Jory had already won me over! He was able to set up numerous listings for viewing on the weekends since we lived four hours from our preferred area of interest.
