I hit the wrong button on my cell phone at 4:30 a.m. one morning an rang his phone by mistake.i hung up real quick realizing I called him. Within 2 minutes he called me back and I apologized for calling him by mistake. He said no problem and I guess he went back to sleep. We still keep in touch and hes told me let me know if u would like to go out for coffee give me a call. My 3 properties where one in Henderson and two in Pahrump. I hadnt sold a house in over 25 years and things have really changed. It was important to have someone as skillful as Jorge by my side. My property was in good shape but definitely fell into the fixer upper category, which made determining an asking price difficult for me. Jorge definitely understood the current state of the local market, particularly now with interest rates near 7%, and he established a fair yet attractive asking price.
