If you are in the market to sell your HOME and you are looking for someone that will care for your Home as much as you do, then look no further! Jorge Martinez and his team at KW put time, dedication, and yes even love into the sale of our Home! Let me start at the beginning when my wife and I realized that no matter how much we didnt want to sell our home we were left with absolutely no other options! We bought our home during that crazy time when homes were selling like hotcakes, and also appraising for ridiculous amounts! Our home should have never appraised for what it did but somehow it did. Then the bubble burst and we were suddenly upside down and desperately trying to keep our heads above the water line. Well, we hung on for as long as we could and we were never late on any of our monthly payments. Realizing we were in trouble we went to ( lets just call them WF ) for help. They put us through a series of hoops that we jumped through thinking it would help us only to find that in the end WF told us that we made too much money for their help but not enough to be able to afford this ridiculous mortgage payment! So that is when we turned to Jorge and his team for help, for the Short sale of our Home. Jorge came over and explained to us in detail just how this whole process would work and what we could expect from taking pictures of our Home and getting those pictures on the web, to what to expect when people come over to your Home and start to badmouth what you have lovingly maintained for the past 11 years! Trust me when I tell you that there are Wolves out there that dont give a hill of beans about you or your Home! They just want the best for the least!! Let me tell you that when we put our Home on the market we ( Jorge included ) thought it would sell fairly fast. Our Home sat in a highly sought after neighborhood that rarely had a house on the market, with big sized Lots and a highly ranked Elementary/Middle School in the neighborhood. Low and behold it did thanks to Jorge who held Open House after Open House to sell it quickly! During the process though of closing this buyer got nervous and pulled out of the deal and we were left still holding on to this mortgage payment. During the course of the next year (which is how long it took to finally sell) Jorge was absolutely relentless with his drive to sell our Home. We do not know how he did it but he came up with another buyer time and time again! Our Home sold 7 times during the course of that year! Every buyer was already approved for the amount of the home (Jorge made sure of that) but for one reason or another the buyers would pull out and Jorge would be back on the phone or yes even going door to door to find us a Buyer!! Door to Door? Who does that? Jorge Martinez, thats who!! Did you notice that every time I mentioned our Home it is capitalized? That is to stress upon you the reader just how much we loved our Home and how much Jorge knew how much it meant to us! He not only got us as much for the house as he possibly could but also cared about where we would land as a Family. He searched rental properties for us, even tried to come up with new and inventive ways to possibly buy another house before our credit was too badly damaged. Basically what I am trying to impress upon you is that if you are looking for a Realtor to sell your Home, look no further than Jorge Martinez and his team at Keller Williams!!! ZillowVERIFIED It is very obvious that Jorge has excellent realtor skills as well as a thorough understanding of the market. We were seriously taking an "as is" all cash offer on my Mother's home, but having met Jorge through the sale of a friends home, I decided to talk to him first. He had a different approach than anyone else I talked to..."lets put it on the market for just 10 days and I will hold open houses everyday and champion the listing with my Keller Williams team and other brokers." Figuring I had nothing to lose, we agreed to this plan and got the hoiuse ready to show. True to his word, Jorge started showing the house the following Monday, signs out, ready to go an there was a steady flow of his clients and clients of his associates coming through the house. Within five days we had 10 offers, many of which were over ask. He was excellent in he worked with the financing resources for the potential buyers to validate they were strong candidates. Bottomline, we took an offer substantially over ask, and his communication with us was consistent and timely over the follow period regarding inspection, buyer appraisal, expectations around closing costs...everything. When the loan officer for the buyer started to move out closing, Jorge was on it, and we were able to close just day later than originally anticipated. If/when I buy a new home, I will absolutely come back to Jorge. He was the best...as was everyone I met with from his team. Great job!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jorge kept calling me because I had once flirted with the selling of my condo. Jorge would call and say "so are you still considering selling?" I'd think what a pain that this guy is always calling me. Then it hit me... I thought wait a minute. If he's fighting this hard to get my listing, then he'll likely fight even harder to get a sale. So I listed. He had a showing right away. That showing produced a cash offer and 2 weeks later I was homeless. As I write this, my bank account is full, my things are in storage and I'm sleeping on an air mattress at a buddies house. Fear not though. I close on my new beach condo this Monday.
