Our mortgage company assigned us a realtor through a program that would give a cash rebate if the program was used. Most times individuals would deal with lackluster service to get cash back. Being that this was our first home purchase we decided against going for money and went with someone who genuinely cared about the purchase. Mr. Llorens was available and had most of the answers we inquired about, and there were alot, and if he didnt know immediately he found the answer and got back to us.
